Summit Malibu provides treatment for individuals age 18 and over suffering from addictions to:

• Prescription pain medications (Oxycontin, Vicodin, Xanax, Ambien, Demerol, etc.)

• Opiates (heroin, methadone, morphine)

Admissions Policies

Our admission policies require screening for various conditions which would influence a client's ability to make use of our services. In cases where we determine that there could be an inappropriate placement, the individual (or the individual's family, friends or therapist) will be consulted and provided with several outside referrals to accommodate his or her individual needs. Summit Malibu maintains professional relationships with several local treatment centers of varying price.

Payment and Insurance Information

Although Summit Malibu is a private pay facility and does not directly bill insurance companies, we staff a professional insurance coordinator who assists clients in obtaining reimbursement for covered benefits.
